What are Ready to Ship Cakes?
Ready to Ship Cakes are fully finished cakes that are already made and ready to mail. Many were created for product photography, collection development, testing out new ideas, or simply because the colors spoke to me and I wanted to make something beautiful. These cakes are made with the same quality and care as every other cake in the shop. They meet my normal quality standards.

What are Mistake Cakes?
Mistake Cakes are discounted cakes that different from the original plan in some way. This could be color transitions occurring at the wrong lengths, incorrect colors used, or winding issues. If a cake has any functional issue that may affect your use and experience. it will clearly be described in the product listing. Cakes with functional issues are discounted further than cakes with only cosmetic differences. Some Mistake Cakes have their length measured by weight, the listed yardage may be an estimate. These cakes will be marked as “approximately XX yards” in the product description.
