- Returns: Items may be returned unused and in their original condition within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Custom Orders: Yes – even custom orders can be returned, as long as they are unused and within the 10-day return window.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage so we can take care of the return or replacement quickly.
- Non-Returnable Items: We can’t accept returns for tangled or knotted yarn that resulted from improper storage or use.
